Un corso di italiano di 80 ore/lezione fra giugno e settembre 2021 a Scudit Roma (valore complessivo 690 Euro), completamente gratuito. E come sempre per tutti (ma proprio tutti!) i partecipanti, qualche altra forma di premio (sconti e facilitazioni sui corsi intensivi estivi per chiunque abbia partecipato).
 
Per rispondere alle domande non è necessario avere una grande conoscenza della lingua italiana (altrimenti a che servirebbe la borsa di studio?), ma sarà necessario avere soprattutto un po' di intuito e una buona dose di fortuna. Con un pizzico di pazienza e certo "googlando" un po'  tutti ce la possono fare!

An Italian language course of 80 academic hours in the period from June to September 2021 at Scudit Roma (total price Eur 690) completely free of charge. As always, all the participants (indeed, each and every participant!) will get a prize of some kind (various discounts for intensive summer courses).

To answer the questions of the quiz you do not need an advanced level of Italian (otherwise what would you need the scholarship for?), you mostly need a bit of intuition and a good portion of luck. Being patient and googling a bit, everyone can succeed!

Si tratta di riconoscere 13 famose scale, tutte a Roma. Non è importante scrivere chi le ha costruite o quando: vogliamo solo sapere DOVE SONO oppure, se hanno un "nome speciale" va bene anche solo il loro nome.
Nella foto qui sopra per esempio c'è la scalinata più famosa di Roma. Come risposta, in questo caso potete scrivere:
- Scalinata di Piazza di Spagna (OK)
- Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti (OK)
- Scalinata tra Piazza Trinità dei Monti e Piazza di Spagna (OK)

Non ci interessa sapere chi l'ha costruita o quando!
- Scala romana su progetto di Francesco De Sanctis, 1723 - 1726 (NO)

A QUIZ OF 13 QUESTIONS

The aim is to recognize 13 famous stairways : all of them are in Rome. You are not required to write who built them and when: we need to know just WHERE THEY ARE or, if they have a “special name”, you may just indicate this name.

In the picture above, for example, you can see the most famous stairway of Rome. In this case, your answer could be:
- Scalinata di Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) (OK)
- Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti (OK)
- Stairway between Piazza Trinità dei Monti and Piazza di Spagna (OK)

No need to mention who built it and when!
- Roman staircase designed by Francesco De Sanctis, 1723 - 1726 (NO) 

TERMINI PER LA PARTECIPAZIONE AL CONCORSO

Le risposte devono esserci inviate entro il giorno 26 marzo (incluso) del 2021. La possibilità di inviare soluzioni scade esattamente a mezzanotte (ora italiana), fra il 26 e il 27 marzo. Il giorno 29 marzo troverete pubblicati in Matdid i nomi dei vincitori (e la soluzione del quiz, naturalmente)

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE QUIZ

The answers are to be submitted on or before March 26, 2021. It will be possible to submit answers till midnight (Italy time) between March 26 and March 27. On March 29 you will find the winners’ names (and the correct answers, of course) on Matdid website.
 

REQUISITI PER PARTECIPARE

Il concorso è aperto a tutti. L'unico requisito richiesto è quello di essere stranieri. Si può partecipare una sola volta. Attenzione: se la soluzione del quiz viene mandata dallo stesso mittente più di una volta, sarà considerata valida solo la prima spedizione.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS

The quiz is open to everyone. The only requirement is to be a foreigner (not Italian). You may submit your answers only once. Attention: if one person submits answers more than once, only the first submission will be considered as valid.
 

VINCITORI

Il primo premio viene assegnato a chi avrà mandato tutte e tredici le risposte esatte, o, comunque, il maggior numero di risposte esatte fra tutti i concorrenti.
In caso di "pari-merito", ovvero di più persone che abbiano mandato tutte le risposte esatte, sarà considerato vincitore il concorrente che avrà inviato il modulo di risposte per primo (fa fede l'orario di invio delle soluzioni del quiz).
Agli altri verrà assegnato il 2° premio.

I nomi dei vincitori saranno pubblicati in Matdid il 29 marzo 2021.
Contatteremo comunque direttamente via email il vincitore del primo premio, la borsa di studio al 100%.
Gli altri premiati, che saranno moltissimi!, troveranno il loro nome online.

Chi non vuole vedere il proprio nome pubblicato può indicarci uno pseudonimo nel modulo di partecipazione: noi pubblicheremo solo lo pseudonimo.

Assegneremo infatti - come sempre - numerosi altri premi a tutti i partecipanti in base alla quantità di risposte esatte che ci avranno inviato. Se volete avere idea della quantità e del tipo di premi che assegneremo, date un'occhiata alla pagina dei vincitori dello scorso anno.

Nota: borse di studio, sconti e facilitazioni non sono cumulabili fra loro, non sono frazionabili e non sono cedibili a persone diverse dagli assegnatari.
 

WINNERS

The first prize will be awarded to the participant who will have given all the thirteen correct answers or, in any case, more correct answers than all the other participants.

In case several persons give all the correct answers the first prize will go to the participant who will have been the first to submit the answers (will be taken into account the time when the module was submitted). The others will obtain the second prize.

The winners’ names will be published on Matdid website on March 29, 2021.

In any case, we will contact directly, via email, the winners of the first prize, the 100%-scholarship.

The other participants, who will be numerous!, will find their names online.

Those who do not want their names to be published may indicate a pseudonym in the module: we will publish only the pseudonym.

As always, we will award a lot of other prizes to all the participants, depending on the number of the correct answers. If you want to have an idea of the number and nature of the other prizes take a look at the page dedicated to the last year winners.

Note: scholarships and discounts are not cumulative, may not be fractioned or handed over to others.

1° premio: borsa di studio al 100% per frequentare gratuitamente un corso intensivo di lingua e cultura italiana di 80 ore/lezione di 4 settimane presso Scudit, Scuola d'Italiano Roma fra i mesi di giugno e settembre 2021.
Il premio viene assegnato a chi avrà mandato tutte e tredici le risposte esatte, o, comunque, il maggior numero di risposte esatte fra tutti i concorrenti.
In caso di "pari-merito", ovvero di più persone che abbiano mandato tutte le risposte esatte, sarà considerato vincitore il concorrente che avrà inviato il modulo di risposte per primo (fa fede l'orario di invio delle soluzioni). Agli altri verrà assegnato il 2° premio.
